Once again, The Lytle Park Hotel in downtown Cincinnati was named one of the best hotels in the world by jet setting magazine Travel + Leisure. It was the only Ohio hotel to hit the list for a second year in a row.
Each year, Travel + Leisure readers vote for their favorite destinations, city hotels, resorts and more in the World’s Best Awards survey. Using the survey results from 2022, the T+L 500 recognized the top 500 hotels in the world in the 2023 unranked list.
“It is an incredible honor to be recognized on the T+L 500 List for a second year in a row,” Morty Valldejuli, area managing director and general manager of The Lytle Park Hotel, said in a press release. “This award is a true testament to the effort and attention to detail our staff puts into making every guest’s experience exceptional and unique, and we pride ourselves in maintaining the ongoing reputation of being not only one of the best hotels in Cincinnati, but the world!”
Other hotels on the list include the Baccarat Hotel New York in New York City, Shinola Hotel in Detroit and The St. Regis in Bora Bora.
The Lytle Park Hotel opened in the former Anna Louise Inn building next to Lytle Park in 2020. It features 106 guest rooms, including 18 suites, as well as a lobby bar, Italian restaurant Subito on the first floor and rooftop bar Vista that offers stunning views of downtown Cincinnati.
